Today, if you’re interested in finding out something about a course you haven’t played before you have a lot of options. You can check out an aerial on Google Maps, see if there’s a course tour on the club’s web site, or search for photos and reviews online.

These were not options in 1993. My dad and I knew there was a golf course in Pueblo West and that was all we knew.

What a disappointment. The course is so flat even the bunkers are flat. A yawner of a course playing through a residential area. With apologies to Mr. Bulla, it’s hard to imagine this was ever anything interesting, even when it was new.
