One of a handful of courses on the west side that were real hidden gems—you used to be able to get Scottsdale quality golf at west side prices, but now it seems the secret’s out and now you get Scottsdale prices here, too. Homes have been built up around most of this course, but they’re mostly back in the desert and not in play. They don’t help the views any, though.
The uphill 16th with a wash cutting in front of the green is one of the hardest three-shot holes I’ve ever played.
